Neves Bezerra's Enterprise Portal
At the end of 2007, the Neves Bezerra law firm hired Silicon Strategy to reformulate its internet strategy through a new and improved portal. The company was interested in not only a simple website, but an entire infrastructure to support its communication strategy with clients, using private areas to certain clients and interactive tools.
After finding the true needs out, Silicon Strategy built the new Neves Bezerra Advogados Associados' web portal applying a simpler and cleaner layout, using suave colors that transmit seriousness and competence accordingly to the firm's traditions. Besides that, the functionalities used in the portal are:
- Publishing management;
- User management;
- Private areas to clients;
- Foruns;
- Online support to clients via chat.
Just after the first week after the release of the portal, it had already more than 50 new users, what shows their customers and partners' interest.
