Adolfo Correia - Managing Partner
Adolfo has experience on the design, development and implementation of IT and telecommunications projects, including software development and network management. Adolfo is one of the founders of Silicon Strategy and was responsible for the conception and development of the Lynx network management system, an experimental system used by RNP (Brazil's research network). He was also involved in the development and deployment of Alcatel's RADAR system, a network management system used in the administration of Oi's ATM, Frame Relay and TDM network. Prior to working at Silicon Strategy, Adolfo worked at K2 Sistemas and was involved in the analysis and development of several software development projects, including projects for INPE, Petrobras and Bradesco. Adolfo was the winner of Brazil’s Imagine Cup and finalist at the International Imagine Cup in 2004. Imagine Cup is an international software project competition organized by Microsoft, and is open to technology students in several countries. The team presented the project ‘Mobile Smart Blitz’, whose goal was to automate police road block operations with the use of mobile devices powered by RFID technology. Adolfo was a finalist at the fourth edition of the IEEE’s Computer Society International Design Competition (CSIDC - 2003). The CSIDC is an international software project competition organized by IEEE, and is open to college students all over the world. The team presented the project ‘In Site Command System’, whose goal was to automate disaster relief operations using handheld computers. The team achieved fourth place overall and the Microsoft Award for Software Engineering. Adolfo holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from the Military Institute of Engineering of Rio de Janeiro (IME) and an MSc in Computer Science from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). Dúlio is an engineer with considerable expertise in the areas of networking, IP Telephony and software development. His experience ranges from IP Telephony and network infrastructure consulting to the development of Network Management software products. Dúlio obtained his degree in Electronic Engineering at the Military Engineering Institute (IME) and acquired a comprehensive knowledge of network protocols, obtaining certifications in networking from Cisco and certifications in SIP and other convergence technologies from TIA and Avaya. Previous to joining Silicon Strategy, Dúlio worked as a senior software developer at Stefanini IT Solutions (Brazilian IT services company). Fábio Bleasby - Managing Partner
Fábio has an extensive experience in the development, design and implementation of software projects. His experience extends from large and time-consuming to small and focused projects, covering a great range of technologies, applied to a heterogeneous set of clients. Fábio has a degree as a Software Engineer from the Military Engineering Institute (IME) and has extended his academic qualifications with courses and training in project management. He follows the guidelines of the Project Management Institute (PMI). Fábio is one the founders of Silicon Strategy and is currently responsible for the company’s software house. His responsibilities include the management of the company’s team and projects, and the training of new professionals. He is also engaged in the evaluation of new clients and prospects. Leonardo earned a bachelor dregree in Computer Engineer from the Brazilian Instituto Militar de Engenharia (Militar Institute of Engineering). He also received his MBA from Ibmec Business School. Additionaly, he brings specializations in Cisco networking management from SENAC Rio and Entrepreneurship from Harvard Business School. Leonardo worked as programming developer and technical leader in the beginning of his career in institutions such as Softtek, IBM, Oi/ Telemar and the Brazilian Army. After some time, he started working as Project Manager at the Spemsa's projects, since then he has been concentrating his activities in the following areas: Human Resource Management, Training & Development, Talent Management and Knowledge Management. |
